Rachel Ray would be proud!

No bake oatmeal cookies made in the sleeper of a 40' straight truck! You can do anything if you set your mind to it! Not sure how they taste yet but they do look good!
(All while watching South Carolina vs Mississippi on the 17")...life's good!
